We have previously run successful auctions through our own auction platform where we had around 35,000 active customers. In October 2024, we connected our auction house to the portal Auctionet.com, which gave us access to their customer base of almost 1 million active customers internationally, access to their advanced auction system with associated app, and access to their international transport system.
This collaboration creates a greater chance for you to reach higher final prices, receive faster service & payouts, and receive more information about how your items are doing at the auctions through Auctionet's educational system.

Valuation
Please contact us first and foremost via email, phone, or our contact form and tell us what you are thinking of selling.
You can also come into our premises at Formvägen 3 & get an on-site valuation during our opening hours.
If your matter concerns larger parts of a home, inheritance or special collections, we would like you to contact us to make an appointment, we will then be able to carry out a free home valuation.

Submission
When you have decided to sell, you bring your goods to us and we will determine the valuation and write a contract for sale.
We will begin work in order with publishing and marketing, and soon your objects will be available for admirers all over the world.
We also sometimes organize theme auctions & specific quality auctions.

Payment
Payment is made after approximately 25 days from the end of the auction, provided that the buyer has paid on time & collected their item. When the item has been hammered, a sales report will be sent to your email with an exact date when the transfer for sale is made. The money from your sale is locked in a client funds account that only Auctionet has access to, we at Norrlands Auktionsverk do not have access to the money from your sales. Our auctions take place continuously throughout the year so there is never a quiet moment, our goal is to always be able to offer our stakeholders a well-stocked quality auction catalog with something to suit everyone. You can log in to "My Pages" to see your current sales and get your sales reports. Once you have logged in, you can also lower your own watch prices / reserve prices if an item has gone unsold. If you have created a buyer account via Auctionet's website or app, you need to manually disconnect your sales from us in order to be able to follow these sales smoothly & take advantage of all the notifications that are sent out & keep yourself informed about the sales, you do this smoothly by pressing the button "Items I am selling" then pressing the button connect your sales. Norrlands Auktionsverk works with a constant environmental mindset, which means that we eliminate physical letters & paper handling as much as possible.
What can you sell me?
For the sake of simplicity, we usually say that we sell everything in antiques, art, retro & design, but it doesn't stop there, we see the advantage in offering access to an auction platform locally that reaches internationally, which ultimately guarantees significantly higher final prices.
You also avoid all the hassle of selling on your own.
We have decided that we will also take in older vehicles, motorcycles, mopeds and more.
We only sell complete or nearly complete items, meaning we have no option to offer partial sales.

How much does it cost to sell to you?
We charge a commission of 18% on the hammered price and a hammering fee of 80:- / hammered item.
Unlike many other players, we do not charge recall fees (fee even if an item is not sold)
We do not charge any additional fees for photography, insurance or other fees.
