We also perform other types of valuations and consultations: We have staff who are appointed as valuers by the Swedish Chambers of Commerce, which means that we can also help you issue impartial valuation certificates for insurance, valuation for insurance companies in the event of theft and fires, consulting and valuation for estate inventories and more.

For valuation assignments, issuance of valuation certificates and consulting that fall outside the framework of the Auction House, we charge a fixed fee of SEK 995 per hour including VAT or a fixed price by agreement.

Of course, we also do free home valuation for more extensive assignments, contact us and tell us what you intend to sell or send pictures via this form before. We service Umeå, Skellefteå, Lycksele, Örnsköldsvik and the surrounding area. Do you live outside Norrland but still want to sell at Norrlands Auktionsverk? Do not hesitate to contact us, we often offer an insured shipping cost to the auction house.

You can easily submit photos and information about your items via our form, further down the page. If you do not receive a reply within 7 working days, please contact us. 

Please note that our free valuations apply to items that you intend to sell at auction, if you know beforehand that you do not intend to sell the item, we can still help you issue a valuation certificate for a standing hourly rate (see below).

If you live outside Umeå and want to sell via our quality auctions, we often have the opportunity to arrange transport of the items to our showroom where Norrlands Auktionsverk pays the costs, contact us for more information.
We also organise trips throughout Sweden with our bus where we go and collect items to Umeå free of charge, these dates are usually posted on the landing page.

Online valuation

Photograph your item. If there are stamps, signatures or labels, please photograph these as well. This makes it easier for a correct valuation. Also provide dimensions and what you know about the item and we will get back to you.
